At Eliteservices Homecare, we understand that caregiving is not for everyone. It’s a calling that takes a special person to understand and excel at, especially when it comes to providing care for patients with special conditions like dementia.
That’s why we prefer to get to know our caregivers personally before assigning them to our clients. This gives us a chance to get acquainted with their personalities, values, and backgrounds. At the end of the day, we are able to match our clients with caregivers who are happy to be there for them physically and emotionally.
Once a caregiver is assigned to you or your loved one, you can be assured of the following:
- That their physical abilities are a good fit for your needs (transferring, lifting, ambulation, etc.).
- That they have the training and experience required to handle your needs safely and professionally.
- That they have been screened, vetted, and had their background investigated.
- That their salaries, employer taxes, and benefits have been taken care of.
- That they are fully bonded and insured, which means you, as the client, are covered should any damage to your property or theft be traced back to the caregiver.
They Are More Than Caregivers:
We are here to appreciate and support our caregivers the same way we appreciate our clients. For us, they’re more than caregivers – they’re our heroes who brave difficult situations to make life easier and better for others. We’re deeply grateful to them and to our clients, too, for entrusting their safety and well-being to us.
All our caregivers work under the supervision and direction of an RN.
